Leadership Competencies and Vision
Vision is created by any strong leaders, and it is utilized as a means of taking their business or organization to where they want it to go. Leaders are 100 percent in charge of improving the acceptance of their vision by teaming up with their peers, their executive team and even vital employees across their company. It is also important to keep in mind that the most superior vision stems from having a lot of ideas in the first place.
